I just installed windows Xp Pro on a pentium 2, specs: 4500 RPM drive, 256 Ram 100 mhz (upgraded) the hdd has 2.5 gigs space. And the funny thing is it loads up default windows apps almost instantly.

100mhz, a pentium 2? then u must have clocked it a lot. But yeah that's kinda weird. But doesn't loading XP itself take like uhh 5 minutes?

um no, its 300 mhz, and xp takes exactly 10 seconds to load.

haha mine takes about 3 min to start up and its pentium 4 2ghz

It loads in less than a minute for me, and I got 100 gb full on my 120 hd

I think mines a pentium 4 it used to take less than a minute to start up now it takes 3 mins to start up
