Basically, these are some features about Vegas

POSITIVE FEATURES
- You can import over 20 file types such as wmv, avi, mpeg, wav, mp3 etc.
- You can render your video as 10 or more filetypes
- You can make unlimited audio and video tracks
- There are over 400 effects to use and you can also make new ones
- The slow motion is smooth and not jumpy
- There are over 100 transition effects
- Greenscreen and motion capture is possible
- You can make your video up to 6 hours
- It can animate lasers and orbs (as you may have seen in the mortal kombat skit)
- It autosaves projects if your computer has crashed
- It is easy to use
- Mikey from LNDL uses it in his latest videos
- It can produce 3d text

NEGATIVE FEATURES
- The rendering takes a while to load
- The captured video is huge in size
- Sometimes it crashes (hardly ever though)
- It takes a while for your project to load
- There is only one tutorial book made for it

Thats all I can type
