yeah I just got premeire 6.0 and I need a bit of help. I wanna start editing and getting to know it but it doesnt accept wmv or the other files that my camera takes. What do I do.

Premier only accpepts MPEG or AVI. WMV is too low quality.
No idea what to do though.

RAD VIDEO TOOLS is the solution. lets you covert .wmv to .avi easily. I use it all the time.

Yeah WinAVI is good shit.
Just capture in a different format. Capture using Premiere and it'll capture using MOV most of the time, which is often good...
