My and my friends skits are on vhs and we have no way to turn them into dvd's to edit on the computer and we have no editor for vhs is there any other way besides these to get them to the computer to edit?

Is it not possible to get a video capture card on your pc and feed the vhs into your pc and save it in a digital format. look on google on ways to do it.

Get a recordable DVD player and record the stuff off your television whilst playing the VHS....If only they made recordable DVD players though...

Well my advice would be to start small and work your way up on editing. Start out with videostudio or pinnacle or something. Then when you get bored with those try Vegas or Premiere.
