Randumb...TBFUK - Read in

As many of you know, TBF is gone forever.
So therefore we are not TBFUK anymore...lol didnt get a chance to do much

Basically the police came to their school, and interrogated them all and everyone with a TBF sticker, apparently they had been investigating for some time. Anyway, the group came to a unanimous decision to shut it down forever

did they take all the footage? what did they do illegal?

Dunno what illegal thye did... fighting shouldnt be illegal specially if neither of fighters sue the other one. what else did they do... only thing I can come up with is tresspassing... and thats not bad?

Thats pretty weak. I've checked out their site before..and I didnt see anything specific that could get them in trouble. There has to be a victim, or a formal complaint made for the police to get involved. Since they fight their friends there isn't much of a victim, so I'm guessing a parent or teacher complained.

This shit happens alot I guess. Happened twice to us when we were in highschool...we didnt quit. But one member is in jail now...which sucks...but oh well. Pain is temporary, footage is forever.

Whats that formal complaint? How could somebody who isnt affected by it do a complaint? Like a teacher? But they were minors? So their parents could have asked police to stop them?

Why is weak member in jail, if I can ask.

Peter was sent to juvinal hall apparently, he told me.
All of their footage and pc's have been wiped, all footage has been removed...TBF is dead forever and are not coming back.

Randumb is me and my team in the UK, we are still going.

People complain for all sorts of reasons....usually out of concern. I dont know what you mean by them being minors and the parents stopping them? But if you call the police and make a report...the police have to follow up on that. They cant always do something about it...but they can intimidate, lie, and threaten. Usually it doesnt even get to that cause the parents will do whatever the police and principal suggest..

ill explain another time why the dude is in jail.

I ment that if they are underage their parents have authority on them and can ask police stop them. I dont think police would shut them down without somebody involved asking them (at least here), since there is no law broken... No, random people cant complain about a site and expect police to do something about it...unless that site has kiddy porn on it or making direct threats or some shit.

What happened in 1 of my cases was a concerned parent called in about my site and group. Her kid went to school with us. They said we were a gang...and that we were going to put pictures of her daughter in her bra and thong on our site (she did fan pics). The principal told the cop who handles school issues and he offered his advice on the situation. In the end...nothing happened cause we didnt do anything illegal. The cop forwared our information to the gang unit of his police department and they made a profile on us. Eventually, they contacted beloved geocities and requested our site be taken down. And thats what happened.

Usually what happens in these kids of situations is police just use the website as grounds for investigation.

so did the police whipe the tapes and computer? do they have that right? or did TBF do it so they didnt want to get in trouble?
