If my bandwidth exceeded last night/this morning, would the page be back up tomorrow since it would be a new month, or not?

Yep, every new month bandwidth resets itself.
EDIT: you have a good site there az, ill upgrade your bandwidth options now so youll have no more of this shit.

If you ever get web hosting from a company, check with them to see if they renew from the date you ordered your hosting or at the start of each month. I have had both.
