I deleted my avi clips to get some space on my computer and now I cant edit and emptyed my recycle bin is there any software I can use to get it back? or is it on my computer somewhere? Or do I have to recaputer everything? please help thanks

download ontrack recovery software
its crap but sometimes it works
otherwise, just capture it again

Recapture man. Same thing happened to me and it's not worth the work to try to recover...
