we havent filmed for bangabum since October. Right now w're trying to get some cash so we can buy some new equipment. For the past year we've been borrowing our equipment from a local cable access station..and its bitch cause you have to reserve what you want weeks in advance...and with bangabum is to random to set a date.

but check it out...this is the plan and whats going on..

- a serious legal matter thats been going on for over a year and half has just ended this month. I got out of a 5 year prison sentence, one other member got 3 months in jail for battery. We also will be get back our vx2000 and tape, which were seized as evidence. Ive been waiting to see this tape for so god damn long. You know how bumfights 3 is called the "felony footage"..I dont know how legit that is...but this tape were gettin back really is our felony footage.

- my friend is taken out 3 seperate credit cards and maxing them out so we can buy the shit we need

- were buying a vx2100, some lenses, and new editing comp.

- were buying an RV...to house the bums and to use in the future for WS stuff.

- we've contracted Adem to design and code about 6 sites for us, along with the dvd cover, stickers, etc.

and finally...bangabum isnt gonna be at all like the image weve given off. Its gonna be whack and shit..but just not repetitive bum sex. One plan we got is to do a spinoff of Queer Eye for the Straight Guy....where we pick up decent homeless canidates...and give them a complete makeover. And not just some poor ass makeover. We're gonna go down to every detail. Haircut, new clothes, full body wax, and even fucking breast implant is possible. Everything will be videotaped, and I think its gonna be hilarious to see some cosmetic person giving a brazillian wax to homeless chick. In the end...I think some of these homeless girls might actually turn out alright. We've seen some young homeless girls who could be actually decent looking girls with a little work. During this whole process theyll be living in our RV. In the end..were gonna try and help them get on their feet and get a job and shit. Its gonna be great. Anything could happen.

but personally..I think whats in store for Weak Sister is most important..and ill get to that later.

Anyone that you think is capable of taking you court over the matter. Sometimes in your group you might have a tag-along person whos really into it..and does some shit for your video..and then later on expects you to give him a share of the money you make, or insists that you take the video of him out. These are the kinda people you wanna watch out for most. They know who you are and where you live so its easier for them to take you to court if they feel youve wronged them.

But still..to take you to court they gotta get a lawyer to represent them. They either have to pay that lawyer a buttload of cash or convince the lawyer that there is moeny to be made, in which case the lawyer will take on a profit share. Which probally never happen so I wouldnt worry about it.

But here is an example of a situation I encountered. In the past year as things have become more serious with our project, one of our older and founding members has sort of coincidentally came back into the picture after years of absence. He's a clever fellow, he's in alot of our footage and does some outrageous shit. I tried to get him to sign a release form, he refuses. He feels hes entitled to a piece of the pie...which he isnt. I said will just blur out your face, but he still threatened us with legal action. His father is a successful lawyer, and I dont doubt his sincerity to taking action against us...so we're sorta in a shitty situation. I suppose I could blur out his face and if he took me to court I would win...but I would still have to hire a lawyer, which I cant afford. It's just best to avoid the legal system..
