I give him a 7 cause the pictures are a mess but made me laugh and his background makes it hard to read.

2, because the background hurts my eyes, the design is shit, and everytime I click a page a goddamned pop up appears asking me if I'd like to install a FREE VERSION OF COOL PAGES!!!
