Any idea where one could get stock video footage? I know that tehre is places for photoshop hobbyists to get stock photos, but howbout video clips? Maybe stuff from news or documentaries, or anything really. Content doesnt really matter. Id just like to know if there is a place Id search if I ever need something.

If there is such a place it wouldnt matter if it wouldnt what you call "legal"

I have googled stock footage before and only got shitty stuff, ive also tried to torrent a few and still got shit.
