need some help

yeah I have this annoying problem I wanna resolve without formating. but anyway. I have shitloads of spyware/adware, not to mention a few trojans on my computer (thanks to my sister and my cousin, fuckin douchebags) and when I go to remove it they all come off successfully except one thing.. I reboot, and then my internet won't work. so I end up having empty the quaratine or do a system restore to before I made the scan to get my internet back.

I was thinking of removing one piece at a time until I find the one that fucks me up. but I don't wanna have to go through over 100 files. too time consuming. any other advice?

Doesnt your anti virus say where the trojans and shit are?

I removed some already without it fuckin up. I'll remove more later. thanks anyway.
