I ordered a bandwidth upgrade last month using paypal and the money was deduced again this month ... anyone know how to cancel it

yeah cancel the subscription to it. go to your history tab and find when it was first paid. and click details on the one that says "Active" and scroll down to click cancel.

your computers history or your paypal history, and can you delete your pay pal history or no

paypal history. there's a tab in your account. and no you cannot delete your paypal history. it stays filed.
