ok so I just did up a new design quick time and wanted to have the TV with static when you click the buttons and then say the page your at. How do I go about doing this

think I know what your saying. you could put the Tv in flash with no background. Then just put a static .gif over the TV but add a "mask" on another layer, in the shape of the TV screen.
On the timeline, add a (stop)-action where you want the static to end. Thats where the web title is.
keep the canvas size the same as TV / export it. When you import it into Dreamweaver you have to add a (Paramiter Code) to make the background Transparent.
Do this for each page.

or you can format. much easier and less time consuming. you can almost do it in under 2 seconds, but not quite
