Adobe Prem Cs3

I need to export some footy to a tape using adobe cs3 pro, what do I do? just go to export and then to tape?

it wont let me click the export to tape button for whatever reason anyone know y this might be???

are you trying to export the edit stright to tape or have you made it a movie file first then reopended prem and tried then? I think thats how it works, what I have to do for college anyways
