The topsites are back now. Rules are as follows:
You may add 3 sites at most to the toplist, banner dimensions need to be a maximum of 500 pixels in width, 70 pixels in height, your entry shall be removed if the image of your banner becomes unavailable. Non homegrown sites may be added, but STRICTLY no forums. The image: External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/adtoplist/hgtopsites.gif Must be displayed on your website, with the link to get votes, the more votes a site has the higher on the list it moves up. If you don't add the vote button to your website your entry shall be removed. To get the image and voting link to add to your webpage click "My Link" your site ID is displayed under "manage my sites"
