Well I want to get a new camera because my camera is shit......Could you tell me what one to get...I want it to be fairly small and have realy good quialty when uploading to the pc

Also I want to order the pickled eggs dvd...my dad doesent think it will come....for every one who orderd it how longe did it take to come?????

for good quality make sure it is dv not anything else

dv is much better than usb gives better quality

My camera is a mini DV, but I always use USB to capture, its fine you can adjust the quality, but there is a slot for the DV wire, so whats the dif? is it alot better, or wt? is it recomened I buy a DV wire?

Yeah, get a firewire for capturing, usb drops quality.

I got mine with my videocard, it cost something like 40 euros, pretty basic, the card has three in/out puts for dv and increases little bit video prosessing.

Separetly sold they are something like 20euros, maybe more, depends what kind of ends you want there. There is two kind of plug ins big and small. Cameras usually have the small one but comps the bigger one (exept lap tops). So you have to check waht you need, and for prizes and other info:

You want to buy firewire and I think you dont want to buy that camera. Its quite expensive, search for another series number and prize below 500 bucks. Cuase with those two hudred bucks and numbers you get only useless features (in my opinion, but check what you want.)

At least in finland you get something like dcr-trv245 under 500euros so.

If you have that 700bucks I would consider Sony HC series, they are so damn small and should have good pic quality and lots of features and plug ins. But they are so small that I´m not sure how they would deal with fisheys and other lenses.

And remeber to check what plug ins you want, dv in/out is useful (you can record your edits back to the tape), but I want a analog in so you can record your old vhs stuff to digital form, damn I have many hours of analog footage.
