Kinda weird question but, I was just wondering when I use my camcorder, it's like everyday nearly, and it's being switched on and off, then l8r watching the stuff on the camera etc, just wondering If I use it soo much, like keep switching it on and off and different things like night vision etc sometimes continously, will it affect the camera in any way, or not make a difference? any advice?

If you just leave it on without recording it's supposed to shut off to save battery.

Switching on and off nightshot shouldent hurt it, but over time shit just breaks. Be careful with it and it'll last a while. I still have my first camera (6 years old).

this is how you should use your camera:
- always take the accu out when your not using your camera, I dont mean that you should take it out when you're actually outside to film in a bit.. but I mean, when it's just laying at home.
- when capturing from your cam.. just plug your recharger in the camera before capturing, so you don't have to use your accu.
- when not filming, switch your camera off. And yes, it will automatically switch off if you're not using your cam for a few mins.
