I found it off of limewire under "Twisted Metal Black Theme Song"

This title has a wonderful soundtrack. One of the title songs includes the Rolling Stones' "Paint It Black". As well as what sounds like a remix of a NIN CD. The music is great but what makes TMB stand out is its sound effects. As you topple your enemy with bullets you can actually here the metal clanging and popping. The fire emits as crackling, hissing kind of sound making you feel as if you're covered in hot flames. Voice acting in the cut scenes is flawless and doesn't sound anything less than real. If you asked me to name the top three, best sounding PS2 games Twisted Metal: Black would obviously be included.
