compressing files

yo, finally got acces to a decent p.c, whats the best settings and best way to compress a clip using windows movie maker

hmm i guess make em the highest quality wmv as long as it downloads fine. anything 200kps or higher usually comes out alright

Hmmmm.. I've never used movie maker but I just took a look at it and i'd say just export as any of the "video for broadband ones"
