well as long as you have a disclaimer on your site. the cops can't do anything about something that already happened. so egg away. we had a video once where we went into this abandoned building and smashed everything up. and later found out it was government or state property.. one of those. my principle was going off about some things in our guestbook. and mentioned the videos. and a cop was right there beside me and even himself said there wasn't anything they could do about it.

Ok, I am just helping both sides out. If they wanted to do the whole court thing, I know I could win either way. I know that just the egging was the only thing illegal on the site. But I am just saving both sides the trouble.
I also know it was some assholy, probably, who thought they were cool telling the video was racist.
Me and Nathan may go on, or just start a whole new thing going. We got a name going. But I will say its a surprise until something actually happens, dont want to go into too much detail.

Aaron, I had the problem with DR at my school (thank god I work now) we was handing out flyers around the school when the head of the school got hold of one and took it to the IT dep, the IT dep blocked the site at school and called me into the office only to warn me about a disclamer, and told me to get in on there asap, then he said that the head wasnt going to do anything, because we wasnt wearing anything to do with the school, and that he was under the inpression we had a disclamer. so that worked out
also.
with the dude leaving and gettin bitchy fuck him man dont change your name you guys rule.. just cover your backs and keep it clean for a lil bit

If we do change the name or whatever happens, we will be putting out more videos. We have a new crew now. I realize now how much I miss the "Oh, I went to your site last night.." It was great. But the next site for videos will be more underground and still the same dumb humor we have always had.

No, I didnt take it down because of the guy wanting off. I took it down so I could save everyone the whole going to court trouble. I don't support racism either. I think its stupid and I dont understand how they thought that video was racist.

that doesnt make any sense, what you're saying is that you could kill someone, film it and the cops couldnt do anything with it if the videotape was the only evidence because it has already happened? if it's illegal you can always get busted.
