Hey, I have just downloaded Pinnacle Stidio Trial, and Im trying 2 capture frm my Sony mini DV camcorder, I just started recording and then a error message came up and here's a pic of the error, its just a usual not responding error which you get when programmes dont respond anyway I think but here it is..
I was just thinking is it because of that it is only a trial for the Pinnacle Studio and I am limited to using the cpature? or something like that?

Possibly corrupted files, try reinstalling and capture again.

how many times has that happened? if it was just once, then pinnacle just crashed, happens to me alot

JCM is most likely correct, during downloading the files, some part of the file must have skipped, causing a corrupt DLL.
try redownloading and reinstalling it, otherwise maybe you don't have enough RAM?

are you in dv camera capture mode or not, it's proably just crashing like it always

It is in DV mode yes, it happens everytime I try 2 capture, I will try reinstalling thanks!

I tried to use that program and it ate all my RAM like a Tsunami survivor would. Seriously get a smaller program....

Can anyone recommend any other better programmes, I already have Windows Movie Maker but need something more pro, and also better and more deatailed effects if you know what I mean, so can anyone recommend any video editing programmes at all?

I payed for pinnacle 9 se, and it dont have any efects with it. and I want/need them.

try patching it that might be the prob coz its not the full version
or get adobe premier

Sack the trial. Just get the full workin version offa limewire. And if it's still screwed come back n ask again.

limewirelimewire is like kazaa only ALOT faster and the free version has less adds. If you pay for the premium its hyper fast n add free.

just pay the 90 to 140 dollars and buy it from best buy, I downloaded off lime wire and it fucked up alot of shit
