Need Help

I'm editing a video with vegas 7.0 for school and it's very important
and I dont know why, but when I upload videos and try to edit them,
the software (vegas) is always freezing and I there are screencaps of other footage
that appeared in the video....I'm going to upload it on youtube to show you

the Pabsts segment is not even suposed to be there.

does it happen even after you close it and re open it?? or have u tried that??

I sometimes get that in adobe but I just close and re open it and it works or will work for sometime then do it again

yeah, always the same thing....
but only with footage I've just upload
dont know if its vegas or firewire problem,
but they work fine with wmm so I guess its vegas.
I also restarted the computer. but it's always the same damn thing
