Were could I get a lense that gives this effect?? and how much would it cost

it's called a fish eye (or a wide angle lense) you can get a COKIN one from best buy or get one off of ebay cheap, theres some other places that sell them but I don't know were

yer I know I have a clip on and a screw on
the clip on is d but it doesent give that effect
