I Need A Really Good/advanced Web Counter

Need one that tells me how many people are coming in and from what websites they are coming from
when the exit the site, what link are they going to e.g if I have a link to google.com how many people leave my site via that link

I love Statcounter for tracking traffic coming in. Loads of people will say Analytics is the best but I prefer Statcounter 10 times over. It updates in real time and you can see the keywords that people are using in Google to get to your site, which is my favourite feature.

As for outgoing links, you might want to try something like openads. Its good for tracking outgoing links as well as banner rotations, but I'm not too hot on tracking outgoing link clicks tbh.

Both are free, but you can upgrade Statcounter to keep more data.
