Not that we can really complain, we've been jacking international shows since forever. I grew up on U.S. tv--as did everyone else here.

That's right--I've read Once Were Warriors. And saw the movie...which is HEAPS different to the book--but probably more entertaining. In the book, the Dad actually raped his daughter...not the uncle/friend of the family/whatever...pretty big change in story when you think about it. Now I'm just rambling...bah
