I deleted some captured video on pinnacle to help make some space and I deleted and I deleted an important clip (I sometimes mess up capturing and make a 1 and 2 clip) I had some in my d drive and didn't think it would show up, and I accidentaly deleted it dose pinnacle have some sort of recovery system
I checked my recycle bin it wasn't there

no I can't afford a bunch of tapes so I record over all of them

I don't know were you buy yours but for me there like 6 bucks a tape some times more it matters were I buy them
but do you know anything about pinnacle

I doubt you can get it back easily. There are ways, theres programs the cops use to recover deleted files and shit, but it probably wouldent be worth the work.

Maybe BJ knows how to recover it. It may still be on your computer. It isnt in your capture folder?

There is a way.... ill check to see if I can find this tool I used to use.
Just dont go downloading anything until just incase it is 100% replaced.

Yeah, when you delete data from a hardrive it remains there until it is overwritten by other data.
