Use google man, can't really be fucked to give a long explanation, but I'll provide a simple one.

The server presumably is stored locally. If you have a router, most likeley you'll have an internal IP address as well as an external. To get your internal ip go to start>run> Type "cmd" > In the msdos interface type "ipconfig"

The ip that appears should be your wan / lan address, use ftp://ipaddyhere to access, then use the logins you created.

If you can't access the server, then you have set it up wrong. Use port forwarding to access externally if on a router.

If you mean webspace, then just use ftp://domainnamehere.extension then use the logins supplied.
