Firefox Problem

For some reason when I click on fire fox, the computer loads for a bit then nothing happens, I even reset my computer and uninstalled/reinstalled it.

Can anyone help me get it working ?

format

ctrl + alt + del -> processus (process?) click firefox.exe then shut it down

then click the firefox icon on desktop or w/e
