Dreamweaver, you can download a trial version off the macromedia site then get a serial..easy. Once you've made a website just use a server like apache or whatever.

Tell me about it, have got to code a whole site for ma school project and am so fucked....have got as far as <html>

Ive learned the best sites are ones to pay for..... Dont beat around the bush. If you do need to, ask gazaa or doyal. There into supporting new sites and shit!

Dreamweaver is a good WYSIWYG editor, although not very n00b friendly.
Frontpage is ok, its easy as fuck, good for dummies, but outputs the most bullshit code ever seen by man. If you want I can help you out, just PM me the specs and if its not too time consuming I'll make it for you.
