Ok, just watched it again. Didnt like the skating, when it was grinding along that pooy rail. A clip of a random dog? Thats all I can find. I really like this vid

Yeah our skating is kind of... lame. We cant do shit and our spot is allways that ghettorail we did. I wanted diversity to the clip so I put that skating in it, I thought I should contact someone and ask if I can use their skate clips. But I couldnt be bothered...

But you didnt like the random dog? Com on, everybody likes dogs biggrin.gif

hahah I fucking laughed my ass off at the end with the cigarette and the bum HAHAHAHHA classic.. I loved it all except some of the skating yeah.

Could u send me the Title u used for the clip so I can make my own HGC promo ? :)

How can I send it? I´m using pinnacle and its just text clip thats on it, not a layer like in adobe. But you can make your own. Font I used was "chiller" so just write www.hgcentral.com with it and throw it in down right corner.

But would it been better without that lame boardslide on ghettorail? (cause I guess thats the one what you talk about?)

nah the lipslide was cool but the flip tricks while standing still/ slowely riding should be deleted :)

Ah, I thought that they were cool, but I can see your point, the first one is from standing cause its how he started his run, but yeah that kickflip was lame and had bad camangle, but I thougth it was good add after that first one. I thought that those slides were kind sketchy but if its cool its cool. Thanks for comment peoople.

And if you make your own it would be cool if you´d use that chiller. Cuase if everybody uses similar label on it, it makes it more "official" External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of happy.gif

there should definitely be cooperation between groups for hgcentral I mean wouldn't it be cool to make a clip together, or with eachothers footage? we'd also get way more hits per site because of the "working together" thingey.

I watched both Kuffi's and vode's. Both rocked so much ass. Great promo's!

Kuffi do you use Adobe Premiere for editing? In case you do, how do you do that rewind effect? You now when you roll a clip back and forth at some point? For instance when you ollied(?) those stairs. I'm still a noob at editing, that's why I'm asking this.. Thanks

To reverse a clip in Premier:

Right-click the clip on the timeline, click speed.

It will say:

New Rate: 100

change it to

New Rate: -100 to put it in reverse.

Increase the -100 to like -600 to make it really fast in reverse.

I'm guessing it was done like this.

haha weird nobody pointed out to the music I used I fucked around with it so much its sick :)

and about the REVERSE and slo-mo things, be sure to Deinterlace those parts otherwise they will look shakely when saved as WMV.

Thanks for the font, I thought it might have been chiller but wasnt sure.

kuffi, how do you deinterlace stuff. I know I've asked this a few times.
I've reduced it a little by playing around with exporting properties in Premier but I still get lines especially when doing slow-mo.
Is there any software or properties in Premier I should use to eliminate lines?

Ok lets clear this is up one more time :)

HOW TO AVOID THEM FUCKING LINES ®
==========================
- Slow Mo:
Having a clip in slow motion will give it an annoying flicker and to clear this up click on that clip in the timeline that has the slow motion on it.
Then:
Clip --> Video Options --> Field Options --> flick Reverse Field Dominance and ALWAYS DEINTERLACE on. Click OK and voila.
- Lines in your video after saving as WMV or any other format:
Check your settings!!!! If the original format of the clip is 720*576, make sure you save it as 360*288, not something like 365*313 cause then you'll get these dirty lines through them. And use the right Framerate for your clips.

Liked your promo Kuffi, but had seen the footage allready. Editing was damn good again. I love the music change when those mini rockets get off. And choice of color. Editing style was good ole you, but it still had fresh thinking. Very good.

that was some fucking rad ass shit dude! Some of the best shit I've seen in awhile. That opening clip of that guy on fire jumpin off the pier in too the water was a great shot...like with the sky and clouds and sunset and shit. That shot was money. Well editied too. Defitnetley didnt expect this video to be as good as it was. You have a good mix up of stunts, skating, and what seems to be pranks. good shit. You got a good cam too. And good job on exporting it as mpg, much better quality than wmv. looking forward to see more shit from you.

Thanks for the replys, I´m glad this was bumped so new ones like wiplash can see it too.

I have allready lots of stuff online, somewhere in hgf biggrin.gif some good, some average and more is coming... infamous Pedari clips with subtitles... beaware... available only for limited time.
