I can't seem to put my movies I downloaded onto my itunes, like sunshine and all that, I know it needs to be into mpeg4 but how can I do this, I'm getting so confused.

most videos still don't work, it's such an effort, I managed to get children of men on there, but sunshine refuses to go on.

I've only put short clips on my iPod, such as the GD trailer.
