Quicktime Help

Can anybody help me out here? I just upgraded to the latest version of Quicktime; I know there are a lot of quicktime haters, so no sarcastic answers. Anyway, when I go to watch a video the image is now showing up as a colorful, tye-dyeish image. The sound is still good, but the video is messed up and unwatchable. Please help.

It sounds like the video codecs have fucked up. Have you tried re-installing QT?

I did but it didn't seem to work. Turns out I had to fuck around within the program to get things to work. It was all a deselected object. Oh well.You'd think that it would automatically work wouldn't you?
