I Need Help With My Flashlight

hey there I got myself a flashlight Unomat3000 and I need to know how can use it...I need somekind of batteries with a dc output for the flashlight

did anybody experience with lights of this kind?

where can I get the batteries or some shit that I need for it?

man if you buy a light for your camera, and it has its own battery you can use it on any camera, hopefully oyu have a hot shoe.
