Looks a lot like Hostel actually. In fact, it has the exact same premise as Hostel - horny teenagers go on vacation and end up being tortured by local maniacs.
I liked Hostel a lot, so I might enjoy this.

The trailer made me interested, I'm sure I'll watch this at some point
