How Can I Reformate My Computer

when I got my computer it came with windows media center and lately my computer is fucking up hardcore. Luckily I have a external harddrive I can dumb needed files onto to reformate my computer. But my computer never came with hte disc, and nither did my roomates who has media center. So wtf... does any, and if not how can I reformate this bitch. I cant open folders without them freezing and I bought this bitch in the summer.

microsoft is just the OS. call the company who made the machine. HP, DELL, GATEWAY, ETC.

Go to my computer> C: Drive (right click)
Format... should be an option.

Never done it that way before, but it's legit and everything, takes you through like a wizard I believe, easy.

Really? Glad I havn't done it that way before then, haha.

What exactly does he want doing? Doing that format thing that way just deletes everything off the drive, except windows files and default stuff of course, aka it sets it back to default, when you first used it.

Hmmm, I dont know, I suppose yes though, because of security.... like I said I've never done it that way before, I use the disc thing.
