I work in a godamn estate agency, as the network / Sys admin for 20 client computers and a server, I want to quit, move to the UK and study for a Server Admin course though, then work for a datacentre, because I am bored now.
Everything I know is pretty much self taught, trial and error is your best bet. Forums are easy to setup, skins are easy to install, you just add the finishing touches and hey presto. Whats really hard is to make them work, as in an active membership etc, so far it looks as though we are on the right track, we have had a few setbacks when the board was half of its age currently, such as major database problems, a little bit of lost data, but that was all fixed, and taught me even more as it was an experience. So now we are changing forum software, and in the near future this place will be much better.
Anyway, its always nice when members appreciate effort put in
