Meh, I am using Premeire 6.0 right now because my 6.5 messed up.

I was trying to find a download for Premeire Pro, but I failed at finding one. <_<

Veeeery unstable program. I can also recommend Ulead Media Studio Pro.

I don't like final cut. Its not really worth learning unless you plan on going pro.

I would have started with 6.5 . I don't like 6.0 very much.

I use Ulead 6.0. It can be unstable from time to time as Kevin said, but it's simple to use, plus I don't add a lot of gimmicks when editing, so I don't need the power of Premiere, though I do have it and recognize that it is superior.

Yeah, it really pisses me off to be working on a video for a few hours and forget to save. Then all of the sudden it says fuck off and freezes up. Fucking shitty adobe!

The only reason theyre buying it is because im thinking about doing it as a profession. If I had the money I would buy it myself. It just feels better knowing you didnt have to ask for it.
