I can feel your pain on that one dude, I jumped from a balcony about that height into a small bush and my ankle twisted in the limbs. I couldn't walk on it for 3 days. I was glad I did it on a friday cause by monday I was lucky enough to walk in school even tho it still hurt a little.
you can't land jumps in loose ankle shoes like that, unless you roll as you hit..
