Does anyone know how these are sorted out? Or has anyone here had one?

I have been having a shitty back pain for 3 days and I may have to go to the hospital tonight for an X-Ray on my spine depending what the NHS woman says when she calls back. Are these serious? I'm not too in the know and sort of worried as I don't want a fucked up spine. There again I don't know what it is yet but it is more than just "bad back".

Thanks for help guys.

if its caught right off the bat, and treated , its nothing too serious. It can last a long time, I herniated a disc in my spine in January and Im still not back to 100%. Theres exersises you can do that help the injury heal faster. A lot of it all has to do with posture.

Id suggest googling "Herniated disc", "sciatic nerve" , "sciatica"
they give a bit more info and shit.

Ill tell you this tho, they aint fun at all.

Spoke to me ma when I got in.

Firstly she says newquay is awwwn

secondly she said they can be prety bad. Basically you have little disks in between your vertebrae (spine bones) the allow it to move more easily and also protect the nervous system a bit and a herniated disk is when one of them is protuding. I'm guessing the treatment would be a lot like the shit I've got to do for my knees every day to keep them working.

Hopefully it's just a muscle tear cause I did that a few years back when I was playing ball and I had such a severe pain shootin up my body anytime I got bumped about,

you'll be ok though bro cause you is 1337
