elliot could you run a tracert for me and email me the results?
I'm trying to explain to tech support the problem is not on our end.
Go into Run, type CMD.
Type tracert efukt.com and select enter.
When tracert finishes, right click, select mark, highlight all text, deselect, then paste into a word document.
If you could email your results at [email address redacted] I'd be extremely appreciative.
