Nice work man, for a first anyway.

Alot of wierd stuff been thrown into it, I would check out Adems tutorial he did, will help you loads.

Other than that keep on practicing man, and do it for a hobby not for fashion.

Not bad, the blending isn't great though so I'd say work on that, still a few objects with a white rough edge so defringing them might help.

Apart from that I like it I guess, it has potential but I feel the filter makes it look kinda cheesy and would recommend avoiding using them to such a big extent in the future.

haha...I like it man...so much random shit thrown in there...I am with Mono on the filters and such...but great creativity man...keep up the work man...also...some links for you to use are good-tutorials.com, sxc.hu, deviantart.com, and any photoshop forum will help
