I do agree, but at the end of the day they are there for a reason and only doing what they are employed to do, hence its their job.
Its a shame they don't concentrate on things that really matter more

I got caught by the police for other reasons than the whole HAR thing.
-vandelism at the skatepark
-curfew(gay)
-got picked up with greg for throwing stuff onto cars on the highway

Cops do suck when they are smartasses to you and just overuse their authority.
But I still respect them when I think of them putting their lives on the line. A cop around here recently got shot right in the face when he went to a call for a domestic disturbance.
crazy shit when you actually here about the real stuff.

I got no probs with cops really. The only thing that gets on my nerves is when they waste there time.
Normaly though I got loads of respect for what they do.

Surprisingly, I havn't had much problems with my local police.
Most of them are corrupt anyway, plus they keep the drunken, abusive coons off the streets, which is always a good thing.

Most cops are power hungry assholes who abuse there rights. My parents pay there fucking salary with our taxes then they want to act like there something special behind a badge and a gun. Seriously, don't they have better things to do then go around and harrass people who break the most minor laws? How about catching murders, rapists, pedofiles ext.?
Oh and don't even call me a sterotype, I've had my share of encounters with police
