I mean think about it, if the man did squirt those kids with semen then he could certainly easily be tracked down, DNA is a wonderfull thing.
It leaves me doubtfull, I can't imagine anyone would be stupid enough, additionally this would be a whole load more publicised if it was legitimate.
That person would have to be arrested for a previous offence beforehand to have his DNA taken to match it to. I'm guessing they don't have a sample to match.
