I was wondering if anyone knows of a way that you can downgrade a psp from 2.5 to a 1.5?

Searched Google and a few links about it.
Alot of them had "WARNING!" next to them though, lol, so might not be a good idea.

I think the older version is actually better, not sure why, but people always talk about how 1.5 is so good.

1.5 can play copied games, you can just download them straight to the memory stick and play them, 2.5 fixed that problem, and no you cant downgrade, its not software, its the actual PSP. When they released the first one they didnt realise you could play copied games on it, so they released the new one 2... then 2.5 etc etc.

You cant downgrade a 2.5 Im pretty sure.

The reason people downgrade for those who ask is to you can load up iso loaders to play pirated games. You can only install these software hacks on lower firmware versions.

There is a way to downgrade but if you eff it up your psp locks and it's pretty much garbage. I just don't know how to do it but it dosnt matter because I broke it yesterday anyway.

Pretty much what every one else said, you can't downgrade.
