Hello to everyone !
I'm writing here to inform you I'm planing to organize a competition starting at beginning of january 2005 and ending about 2 months later. This will be named "The Hardcore Contest" (or "THC").
I'm curently setting up a special website to explain the rules and let teams join the Contest.
Like in "The Hunt", there will be some tasks to perform (not a lot, but with precise rules), and you will be able to submit individual videos by email or FTP on a dedicated server (I will host them). Very precise rules will decide how many points you will get for each of the tasks.
For now, 10 tasks have been written, but there might be more to come...

Probably most of you don't know me
And I admit I never wrote in that forum before... Please note I'm not a member of any team, I'm just a real fan of most of your teams, and I was thinking it would be a good idea to keep you entertained during the winter, give you some "work", and check how good you are on some special hardcore tasks (either stupid or painful, but always daring) 
Of course I'm NOT AT ALL trying to do as well as a great event like "The Hunt" or "the Face-Off", but I'm just trying to set up a (kind of) "serious" competition between any team that wants to join. A price may be granted to the winner if enough teams join the competition (but I'm still thinking of what that could be, lol

** Last minute news **
As far as I know, the "Face-Off" (Fragile) is also supposed to start on January 9th. I will soon decide if The Hardcore Contest is delayed for that reason or not. According to me, both contests could run at the same time, but I may make THC last longer if you consider you can't do both before end of february.
