I just got the new Rip/Off trailer done. The trailer pretty much shows you what we did this year, and what you might expect from us in the future. As you might see there are two different versions of the video, a 6.8mb one and and a 22.3mb one. I really suggest you download the bigger file, because there really is a huge difference between the two files. Enjoy.

Nice video, some really good jumps in there. I really like the one of the big bridge, and some good editing to. biggrin.gif

The version you used sounded a little different, did you do any effects on it?

Its fine, its a great song.

I liked the clip a lot. The jumps were sweet.

I noticed the differences too. Was that demo or something?

I'm not sure, but I don't think it's a demo cause I downloaded it together with the rest of the songs from "Siren song of the counter culture" in the same folder off soulseek.. Maybe I put in some audioeffect by mistake External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of smile2.gif

Thanks. Yeah that ice sledding is a great way to ruin your clothes because the surface was actually just a thin layer of snow on a parking lot External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of happy.gif

And I'm really glad that ppl like the vid... hope it's not all because off benCkas artistic skills... Hope this will boost us to some better stunts, hours and hours of more material and finaly accouragin' us not to use stuntdummies in our jumpstunts(boy didnt that dummie falling from the bridge look real?) that's all from the "kilonleveinjätkä" j0nes!

Quality comes from Finland External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of dirol.gif Goddamn good vid. Good music choice before the first jump (which was damn sweet btw). Good jumps and stuff, liked dragging behind car things, 80km/h is fast for rollerblades (what filter did use on that?). Really nothing bad to say, so External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/clapping.gif

was the best iv seen from rip/off but...1 big mixup clip from 2004 of the years best footage?

we have like 25hours of great footage from 2004 and few last months of 2003

im geussing you guys didnt film as much or very little this year

was awesomly edited but feel like the stunts was pretty much all the same, jumps and I cant even remember what else...nothing stood out...if you know what I mean?

other then that I feel with some hard work in 2005 you guys could be a great homegrown that people get excited about when they see you guys have posted a new video

I'm pretty sure most of the homegrowngroups here film more than we do. We just do it when we're really in the mood to film something and sometimes not even then. We have only filmed like 10 dv-tapes worth of footage during the last 1½ years we have done this, so you probably get the picture that we don't film that often.

I appreciate that you watched and reviewed this clip Webby, and that you took your time to write a proper review about it instead of just writing "I didn't like this clip" or "I have seen better". We really hope to do even better in the future, so this kind of feedback is really welcome. In fact we know we will do better, because we have intentionally left out lots of stuff from all of our trailers, both good and bad, because we always wanna have a steady ground to build on in the future, so that's why we wanna leave stuff unseen.

Anyway, looks like most of you regular posters here have already reviewed the video, so a big thank you to everyone who has replied in this thread this far. It's still okay to post here after this post too of course External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of wink.gif
