Like song editing? I used to use goldwave, and I got a program from Nero when I installed my cd burner software.

You can use almost any video editing software (vegas, prem etc) but if your looking to go a bit more in depth than just cutting, I would go with Acid Pro 4.0, its easy to use and it auto beatmapps
