That really sucks! One of the worst parts being he's underage so it's unwise to do anything about it immediately. If he does have a car, those other ideas are good but heres one that may be a little high matinence but definitely the best to film, (plus you dont need access to the car OR (and this may not matter to some like myself) have to touch shit). PAINT BOMB! get yourself a air-tight resealable can of paint, and dry ice. Open the can, put it on top of his car, put the dry ice in, close it air tight, get away from it and film! BOOM hehehe, should be awesome footage. ENJOY!

If Matt doesn't go to Egypt (yeah, I know... funny) this summer, he's underage, we'll just get all the guys that are underage to beat his ass. Even let the young ladies have a go at him, haha.
