Don't forget teenagers from hell is on ITV 1 tonight at 9 o clock .

Might as well save all the hassles and just follow these instructions :

Step 1: Write your will leaving all your valuable possessions to The Blargh C/O HGF.com
Step 2: Insert pencils (lead first) up nostrils
Step 3: Slam base of pencils against desktop in a head butt fashion.
Step 4: Enter oblivion.
