New Site Design

I don't really know if computers is the right place for this thread, but whatever...

I'm re-doing the site and I have two possible site designs. Which one do you think is the best one?

Actually if you got rid of the fuzz background in the banner so the title blends with the rest, I think the second one would be better, simple, but I don't really like the 1st one. External image not preserved — inspect source: http://homegrownforums.com/html/emoticons/Copy of unsure.gif

Second one, is way better
And I reckon it wud be even better with a new muppets button going to the new site on the main page!
